Economic Analysis

Integrity Partners collaborates with your organization to gauge all projects being considered. Interviews and workshops may be conducted to confirm our understanding of the options. Workshops can be extremely useful gaining and validating our mutual understanding of the alternatives due to their interactive nature. Depending on the initiatives being considered, we will develop a cost–benefit, AOA (Analysis of Alternatives), or other economic assessment to determine how the different options stack-up against one another and which options yield the highest return on investment.

From an economic standpoint, Integrity Partners is able to estimate what an initiative should cost, and subsequently accurately attribute actual costs to actual performance especially on ‘time and material” contracts. We’ve conducted these analyses for systems acquisitions, new products and services, and public-sector economic development initiatives.

Integrating Simultaneous Implementations

System Implementations don’t occur in a vacuum; they’re connected to other concurrent implementations, legacy system modifications, funding events, and manual processes and procedures. Each additional factor causes a disproportionate rise in complexity and risk of project delay or failure.

Monitoring multiple related initiatives and transforming the data into concise, actionable information for decision-making and risk mitigation is one of our specialties. Integrity Partners currently provides centralized PMO-level support for a multiple agency phased implementation of multiple ERP systems. Our responsibilities include:

  • Creation and Implementation of project management processes and procedures
  • Coaching, guidance, and direction for project management staff for each implementation
  • Day-to-day project management
  • Working closely with multiple client and contractor teams to integrate individual project schedules into an overall Integrated Master Schedule
  • Risk Monitoring
  • Executive-level program briefings

Project Governance

Increasing technological change, headcount restrictions, and customer demand for improved customer service and lower cost have resulted in noticeably increased levels of outsourced analytical work, business process improvement initiatives, and particularly, computer software implementations. Today’s “virtual” organizations often consist of multiple geographically diverse internal and external teams under separate chains of command with competing objectives.

Integrity Partners has a broad and successful history of establishing trust and cooperation with, and between, internal teams and external contractor teams on behalf of our clients. We ensure that you get the best value and highest efficiency from your professional services vendors.

We also provide government and corporate officers and staff with concise, frequent, and honest assessments of project status, contractor efficiency, risks, and solutions.
